Today, 19 June 2009, the protesters gathered in Tupkhaneh Square,
where the central building of the Ministry of Telecommunication makes its home.
It is historically rife with Constitutional Revolution of 1905 markers.
The SMS network of mobile phones within the country has been cut off since 13 June.
